1. Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered or installed.
Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery/installation for any visible damage or defects.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery/installation, please inform our team immediately.
We will assist with repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Any issues reported after installation or usage will be handled by the authorized service center.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Product is out of stock after payment.
Order is cancelled before dispatch/installation (subject to approval).
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Warranty & Service
All products come with a manufacturer-provided warranty.
We assist in coordinating with authorized service centers.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch or installation is scheduled.
Once the product is dispatched or installed, the order cannot be cancelled.
