1. Return Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered or installed.

  • Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery/installation for any visible damage or defects.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery/installation, please inform our team immediately.

  • We will assist with repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

  • Any issues reported after installation or usage will be handled by the authorized service center.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after payment.

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch/installation (subject to approval).

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


4. Warranty & Service

  • All products come with a manufacturer-provided warranty.

  • We assist in coordinating with authorized service centers.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch or installation is scheduled.

  • Once the product is dispatched or installed, the order cannot be cancelled.
